Strategic financing and delivery partners

3S Ventures develops, integrates and operates critical communications and infrastructure projects in Syria. For large projects we work with strategic partners that bring financing and delivery capacity. This is the model we propose for a public safety network: a partner would finance the build, and 3S Ventures would develop, integrate and operate it for the government as a service. No partnership has been agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Who are the partners and clients of 3S Ventures?

3S Ventures collaborates with local, regional and international partners and vendors that support the development, operation and scaling of its ventures. We do not name partners and clients that we cannot document, and we do not claim partnerships with named vendors or authorities.

What kinds of partners does 3S Ventures look for?

Public authorities, specialized network equipment manufacturers, engineering partners, operators, developers, contractors and institutions exploring emergency broadband, energy safety or construction safety systems.

How can a company become one of our partners?

Send a project summary through the inquiry form on the relevant focus-area page or the Contact page. We start with a requirements assessment and discuss scope, licensing and compliance.

Why does Syria need international partners now?

Large investments are arriving: Zain Group won Syria's second mobile license, Saudi firms signed gas field-services agreements, and ConocoPhillips and Novaterra signed a gas-development contract. Partnerships bring equipment, expertise and capital.

Do the partners and clients on this site imply endorsement by an authority?

No. Our capabilities are proposed offerings that depend on licenses, regulatory approvals and supplier agreements. Nothing on this page implies endorsement by any authority or vendor.

What happens after I contact 3S Ventures about partners and clients?

The team reviews your project summary and replies through our existing contact channel. If there is a fit, we start with a requirements assessment and discuss scope, licensing and compliance. We do not promise outcomes, and every project with partners and clients depends on approvals.

Can partners and clients see what 3S Ventures is building?

Yes. The focus-area pages describe each proposed offering with FAQs, sources and an inquiry form. Partners and clients can also read our Syria infrastructure outlook, the Syria by province guide and the oil and gas deals timeline, which collect sourced facts about the market.
