Strategic financing and delivery partners
3S Ventures develops, integrates and operates critical communications and infrastructure projects in Syria. For large projects we work with strategic partners that bring financing and delivery capacity. This is the model we propose for a public safety network: a partner would finance the build, and 3S Ventures would develop, integrate and operate it for the government as a service. No partnership has been agreed.
